The European Design Festival is just two weeks away!
We are currently counting down to Friday 1 June, when this year’s European Design Festival kicks off in beautiful Oslo. The festival weekend is jam-packed with all kinds of activities catering to different needs, tastes and desires.
Whether you’re more of a techy design geek or a lover of fine art illustration: pick and choose to put together your own perfect itinerary. We especially recommend being quick to secure tickets to a truly magnificent conference line-up on Saturday 2 June. Saturday night we throw an amazing party in the city’s coolest harbour venue for all local and visiting creatives to celebrate this year’s European Design Award winners. All festival participants are invited to a wine reception in the splendour of Oslo’s City Hall. The building itself is visually spectacular with all its integrated artwork. This is also where the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony takes place every year. After being welcomed by the Mayor or one of her representatives, a custom tour will be given of the building’s architecture and artwork.
