Exhibition: Sparkling Spaces
The Sparkling Spaces project is a new way to combat and prevent city centers from becoming ghost towns. Together with NIBR (Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research), the Norwegian municipalities of Arendal, Lærdal, Tromsø and a network of municipalities and organizations engaged in city center development, Design and Architecture Norway (DOGA) has explored new methodologies for revitalizing city centers and abandoned spaces.
