In this 2-day intensive class with Jonas Bødtker, you will get hands on with beginners excerices to help you understand some basic principles of animation with this dynamic and versatile program. We will show you some tips and tricks, as well as loads of motivaional material to help you understand all the incredible things After Effects can do, and how you could implement these skills into your own projects. Prior animation / computer skill are recommended for this class.

Jonas Bødtker is an illustrator and motion graphics designer working at Racecar animation studio in Oslo. He is educated at the Bergen Academy of Art&Design with a BA in Visual Communication. Jonas worked as a videographer and motion designer at NRK before joining Racecar in 2014. He has a strong interest rooted in illustration, but a curiosity for most visual fields. His interest in drawing mixed with filming and editing skate videos, made him end up working with motion graphics and animation. He is a member of several art-related collectives on his free time, and has a genuine love for Moleskine sketchbooks.
