Ezio Manzini, designer, engineer, architect, educator and author, is one of the most important thinkers in design today. AHO welcomes to a guest lecture in October, free and open to all.
Ezio Manzini is perhaps the world’s leading expert on sustainable design, with a focus on scenario building toward solutions encompassing both environmental and social quality. As Professor of Industrial Design at Milan Polytechnic, Ezio has shifted his own thinking to examine design’s role in changing systems. He focuses on innovative processes in the system of production and consumption and, in particular, on the relationship between product strategies and environmental policies in the perspective of sustainable development.
